Due to the nature of our products  we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double check your order before checking out. However if you have any questions or concerns about an order, please send an email along with your order number to tresbelleb@aol.com 

Damages/Issues 

If you received a damaged product or missing an item from your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to tresbelleb@aol.com Please include several clear pictures of damaged item as well as your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2 day window cannot be acknowledged.
