This kit is intentionally formulated without a moisturizer. Oily and acne-prone skin often produces enough natural oil on its own, and adding extra moisture can clog pores or worsen breakouts. The Rose Water Toner provides lightweight hydration while helping keep the skin balanced, calm, and clear.
